Spice meldt ons dat MSI hun assortiment gaat uitbreiden met een CD-Writer. De StarSpeed MS-8312 schrijft op 12x, rewrite op 8x en leest op 32 speed. De drive beschikt over Seamless Link Technologie zodat je voor onderzetters nu toch echt naar de winkel moet. Volgens de aankondiging op de website van het bedrijf komt er in eerste instantie alleen een interne versie op de markt welke met een ATAPI interface is uitgerust:

On the front panel you can find: headphones jack, mechanical volume control, open button, one indicator showing that drive is working and emergency ejection hole. The rear panel also has very good features: connector for IDE bus, power supply, analog and digital SPDIF cable, and a panel for switching jumpers.
