AnandTech heeft een review gebakken van het Abit SH6 moederbord, het broertje van de SA6. Beiden maken gebruik van i815E, maar de SH6 is de eerste plank voor Slot 1 CPU's met deze chipset. Het bord heeft 6x PCI, CNR, AGP en 4 DIMM sleuven. Wie de layout van het moederbord goed bekijkt ziet dat Abit plaats heeft gelaten voor toekomstige revisies met IDE RAID en FireWire support. De SH6 bleek iets beter te presteren dan de SA6R en was ook een stuk stabieler, maar het is de vraag of er veel mensen nog een moederbord willen hebben waar nooit meer nieuwe processors voor zullen verschijnen:
