Q3 Releases:Q4 Releases:
- M1641B is the DDR enabled Aladdin Pro4 Northbridge chip (Slot1/Socket370) which is sampling now and is scheduled to be released in Q3. I also saw that this chipset supports VCSDRAM.
- M1647 (Slot A / Socket A) will be their first Northbridge chip to support the Athlon processor.
- M1535D+ Southbridge will offer the same features as the existing M1535D, and will add two additional USB ports (for a total of 6) and ATA/100 support.
Q1 '01 Releases:
- M1642 (Slot1 / Socket 370) will apparently be the Northbridge for the integrated graphics crowd that will also support DDR.
- M1648 (Slot A / Socket A) is the Northbridge with integrated graphics for the Athlon, and will also support DDR.
- M1651 (Slot 1 / Socket 370) looks to be the Northbridge for the high-end that will include a high-speed link bus and DDR support.
- M1563 Southbridge will include built-in 10/100 Ethernet, high speed link bus and IEEE1394 support (obviously for high-end systems).
- M1657 (Slot A / Socket A) is the high-end Northbridge for Athlon what will include the high speed link bus.
- M1644M (Slot 1 / Socket 370) is the DDR enabled Northbridge for mobile Pentium II/III processors
