S3 heeft gisteren bekend gemaakt dat hun graphics divisie niet zoals verwacht verkocht wordt aan VIA, maar dat ze een joint venture hebben opgericht, met de creatieve naam S3-VIA, Inc., waar de graphics divisie in onder wordt gebracht.
