Software-update: XnView 1.91.6

Met XnView kunnen meer dan vierhonderd verschillende grafische formaten getoond of geconverteerd worden. Het programma is voor diverse besturingssystemen beschikbaar, zoals Mac OS X, Linux en Solaris, maar deze lopen wel enkele generaties achter op de Windows-versie die in meer dan veertig verschillende talen te gebruiken is. Voor meer informatie verwijzen we jullie door naar deze pagina. De ontwikkelaar Pierre-e Gougelet heeft voor het Windows-platform een nieuwe versie uitgebracht met 1.91.6 als het versienummer. De bijbehorende lijst met veranderingen ziet er als volgt uit:

• Subsampling & smoothing factor for jpeg
• Show in Google Earth (if EXIF GPS exists) in contextual menu
• Option to use 'checkerboard' for transparency
• You can select a category and pressing CONTROL to select it and all children
