Software-update: Central Brain Identifier 7.4.0.4

Op het Russische Amd club kan alweer de vierde release van Central Brain Identifier versie 7.4 worden opgehaald. Ze houden daar van lange versienummers en deze keer is 7.4.0.4 Build 0305 R4 uit de hoge hoed gekomen. Central Brain Identifier herkent meer dan vijftig modellen AMD-processors en geeft gedetailleerde informatie zoals de naam, revisie en voltage van de core, frequentie, rating, cache en PowerNow-technologie. Daarnaast is het ook in staat enkele tweaks uit te voeren ten aanzien van bijvoorbeeld de L1-cache en het Clock Control Register. In versie 7.4 is een nieuwe tab toegevoegd waar informatie van "mobile features" van K7- en AMD64-processors wordt weergegeven. Een changelog is niet beschikbaar, maar wel valt er het volgende over deze release te lezen:

Among new features, there's a full identification of the latest mobile AMD Turion 64 MT/ML processor family with models of 28, 30, 32, 34 and 37 based on Lancaster core. The identification includes an OPN, a package, process technology and so on. The ID Opteron database has been enhanced with the official dates of announce of the whole family of AMD Opteron processor based on Revision D4 and E4. Using an improved formula, CBId now estimates a performance rating for the AMD Sempron Socket 754 processor having the models of 2600+, 2800+ and 3000+. Those who have the AMD64 CPU with Revision CG and higher are able to manipulate by important "2Timing" parameter via the Controller tab. The next useful P-States tab has been enhanced with an addition group box that shows a small info about Super I/O chip. Besides, it shows the maximum case temperature of the AMD64 with Revision D0 and higher, retrieving it directly from the processor (please, find the time to meet with a new FAQ). Among supported SIO there are Winbond W83627EHF and W83637HF. Added absolutely new optimized algorithm for the CPU core voltage and CPU temperature sensing using ITE IT8705F and IT8712F I/O chips.[break]

je dient wel administrative privileges te hebben, waarom is me een raadsel, het werkt dus gewoon niet op het werk.

Waarschijnlijk omdat je niet wilt dat je broertje van 10 per ongeluk gaat spelen met de cpu tweaks

Ik heb ook 'n overklok prog op de pc staan, maar die kan alleen 'n admin-equivalent persoon gebruiken

grappig dat ik echt precies dezelfde processor heb als op 't screenshotje. enige verschil is ClockSpeed die draait bij mij op 2204.97 ipv 93.
