Software-update: OpenLogi 0.9.0

OpenLogi is een open source alternatief voor Logitech Options+ en kan worden gebruikt om randapparatuur van Logitech te beheren. Het is met de nodige hulp van AI geschreven in Rust en beschikbaar voor Windows, Linux en macOS. Het draait volledig lokaal, heeft geen account nodig en stuurt geen telemetrie op. De software is nog volop in ontwikkeling en is in dat opzicht nog niet helemaal af, maar wel goed bruikbaar. Versie 0.9.0 is uitgekomen en de changelog daarvan kan hieronder worden gevonden.

Voor wie wil bestaat er ook https://openmouse.app/ . Werkt ook met andere muizen dan Logitech en opent gewoon in je browser

Kon laatst ook een browserapp gebruiken om mijn keyboard te configureren. Vraag me af of dat niet een enorm veiligheidsrisico is als browsers zelfs de firmware van je muis/keyboard kunnen benaderen.

Moest je geen toegang geven? Je kan namelijk via chrome ook je Android telefoon flashen. Moet je wel je telefoon in developer mode zetten en usb adb aanzetten.
