Ugreen heeft kortgeleden een nieuwe versie van UGOS uitgebracht, de beheersoftware die op de diverse NASync-nasapparaten draait die het bedrijf maakt. Ugreen is een betrekkelijk nieuwe speler op de markt voor nasapparaten voor thuisgebruik, die voor de prijs zijn voorzien van uitstekende hardwarespecificaties. Op softwaregebied loopt het echter nog iets achter op de concurrenten, maar er wordt hard gewerkt om dat beter te maken. Ook is het mogelijk om er zelf een ander OS op te zetten, zoals bijvoorbeeld TrueNAS of Unraid. De changelog voor versie 1.14.1.0107 kan hieronder worden gevonden.

- Fixed an issue where standard users received the message "Failed to load" when playing Blu-ray ISO files via the video player.
- Fixed an issue where corrupted configuration files from external storage devices could cause storage service malfunctions.
- Fixed some known issues to improve user experience.
