Galeon is een browser voor de Gnome-omgeving op het Linux-platform. Het programma maakt gebruik van de render engine Gecko van de browser Mozilla en biedt volledige compatibiliteit met verschillende standaarden. Sinds kort is versie 1.3.18 beschikbaar en heeft als extra pakkende naam voor deze release "Where's my name?" meegekregen. De meegeleverde release notes zien er als volgt uit:

Well, it seems we've managed to break our once-a-month release cycle quite comprehensively this time round, but here's the latest release! It's admittedly been a bit of a quiet period, but we do see the return of autobookmarks in a new and improved form (you can configure the selection algorithm) and some handy bug fixes.
