Versie 6.83 van GoldWave is uitgekomen. Dit programma is een uitgebreide digitale audio-editor voor Windows en Android dat sinds 1993 bestaat. Het kan op een hoge kwaliteit, tot maximaal 24bit en 192kHz, geluidsbestanden bewerken en ondersteunt onder andere de wav-, mp3-, ogg-, vox- en flac-formaten. De andere mogelijkheden zijn op deze pagina te bekijken. Een licentie kost 19 dollar voor een jaar of 59 dollar voor het leven en werkt dan op alle ondersteunde platforms. Sinds versie 6.79 zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:
