djDecks stelt je in staat om de computer als mixer te gebruiken en mp3-, ogg en wav-bestanden samen te voegen tijdens een opname of optreden. In de nieuwe 0.62-release wordt onder meer ondersteuning van Windows Media Audio toegevoegd en is het mogelijk om vanaf cd een nummer af te spelen. Helaas zit er in deze versie ook een nare bug, waardoor het aantal BPM's gereset wordt als een nummer in de andere speler wordt geopend:
It appears that there is a bug in v0.62. The bug resets the speed of the playing song when loading a new song in the other player. It only happens in DirectSound mode (not in ASIO mode). The fixed version will be available this weekend.v0.62

- Fixed a small bugs with writing of ID3v2 tags (with some files, tags were not written)
- Improved sound quality when changing tempo without changing pitch
- Added ASIO output mode (with higher quality resampling and lower latency)
- Disc on each player now spins at 45rpm, and the position on the disc is linked to the position in the song
- Improved spectrum analyzer accuracy (may also improve bpm detection)
- Hercules DJ Console support
