Een nieuwe betaversie is uitgebracht van CDex, te weten beta 10 van versie 1.50. Met dit programma kun je eenvoudig een CD rippen naar een WAV- of MP3-bestand. Je kunt eventueel de CD als één MP3 rippen, of je converteerd maar een stukje van het medium. Het changelog ziet er als volgt uit:

- Improved speed when closing the settings dialog box
- Better error handling in CDDB Batch command
