Versie 3.00 van AirDC++ is kort geleden uitgekomen. AirDC++ is een p2p-programma waarmee bestanden via het Direct Connect-netwerk kunnen worden gedeeld. Het is een alternatief voor programma's als DC++ en StrongDC++, waarop het deels gebaseerd is. AirDC++ heeft echter meer mogelijkheden en wordt ook actiever ontwikkeld. Versie 3.00 is geschikt voor Windows Vista en hoger, de laatste versie voor Windows XP is 2.46. In deze release zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen doorgevoerd:
