Software-update: qBittorrent 3.1.0

Versie 3.1.0 van qBittorrent is verschenen. Deze opensource-torrentclient heeft versies voor Windows, Linux, OS X en FreeBSD en toont geen advertenties. Het programma wordt met Qt4 ontwikkeld en is gebaseerd op libtorrent (rasterbar). Het programma is het geesteskind van de Franse student Christophe Dumez, die er sinds maart 2006 aan werkt. Het changelog voor deze uitgave ziet er als volgt uit:

Bugs fixed:

• Ensure that all columns in the tranferlist have a size > 0.
• Don't mark RSS item as read when it failed to download (Gelmir)
• Fix ETA calculation when some files are downloaded and marked afterwards as 'do not download'(sledgehammer999)
• Make the UI show that PEX/DHT/LSD are actually disabled on private torrents(sledgehammer999)

Performance:

• Impove drawing speed of tranferlist when there are many torrents(>100)
• Impove drawing speed of peers list when there are many peers

Ik ben naar qBittorent overgestapt vanwege zijn webinterface. Zitten goeie toevoegingen in deze update

Maar spijtig genoeg geen goede scheduler zoals bij uTorrent.
Enige reden waarom ik nog niet overgestapt ben.

Niet echt een goede reden. Maar kijk anders eens naar tixati of halite.
Alles beter dan crapware utorrent, die zijn beste tijd gehad heeft.

Jammer, deze versie is nog niet uit voor de Mac. Verder een erg fijne torrent client en een waardige vervanging van µTorrent.

Ik mis een ding ( of het ligt aan mij ) maar hij opent de torrent niet gelijk qBittorrent maar zet het bestand in een temp map. Ziet er voor de rest goed en simpel uit
