Versie 4.67 van ExtractNow is verschenen. Met dit programma is het mogelijk om snel en eenvoudig verschillende archieven uit te pakken. Het is vooral handig als je vaak of veel bestanden moet uitpakken. Het programma heeft ondersteuning voor de meest gangbare formaten, waaronder zip, rar en 7z. ExtractNow wordt gebundeld met Registry Mechanic, maar de installatie daarvan is optioneel. Sinds versie 4.63 zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen doorgevoerd:
