Software-update: EssentialPIM 3.22

Astonsoft heeft woensdag versie 3.22 van EssentialPIM uitgebracht. EssentialPIM is een personal information manager die het mogelijk maakt om afspraken bij te houden, een adresboek te beheren en, sinds versie 3.0, om e-mails te versturen en te ontvangen. Het programma is te gebruiken in diverse talen, waaronder het Nederlands. EssentialPIM is beschikbaar in een standaard- en een pro-uitvoering. De eerste is gratis, maar slechts beperkt bruikbaar: zo kan er bijvoorbeeld niet met een draagbaar apparaat of met Outlook worden gesynchroniseerd. Improved:

• Next and previous months are now being shown as small additional calendars when printing Schedule month view
• Signatures are now available for mail accounts under Global Folders
• Tooltips for all items when linking to them in Notes

Fixed:

• Problem with applying font styles to numbered lists in Notes
• Incorrect text indentation in Labels
• Custom columns order for groups in Contacts
• Multi-day to do events are now being correctly shown in Schedule
• Incorrect detection of Chinese and Russian email encodings
• Email account creation steps are now being correctly shown in wizard for all languages
• Default font color inconsistency when creating new or replying to existing email messages
• Import of some specific email messages
• Too many concurrent connections error when copying notes from one tree to another
• Selection of notes when switching between trees
• Lost of hierarchy structure in Notes when doing drag&drop
• Inability to make Reminder and Repeat columns visible in To Do for old database files
• Some database conversion problems when upgrading to new versions
• Problem with not responding threads for IMAP accounts
• Empty From: field if using Global Folders in Mail
• AV error when deleting recurring appointments from Table view in Schedule
• Empty headers for email messages after minimizing to system tray
• Inability to select leafs if using filter while linking to items in Notes
• British Pound sign (?) as incorrectly spelled in Notes and Mail modules
• Delayed refresh after dismissing reminders for To Dos
• Resizing of horizontally split window in Notes
• Export of notes to RTF format
