Mede8er heeft nieuwe firmware uitgebracht voor zijn MED500X-mediaspelers met ditmaal 2.0.1 als het versienummer. Dit apparaat is opgebouwd rondom een RTD107-processor van Realtek en is daardoor in staat om foto-, video- en audio-bestanden probleemloos af te spelen op de tv of het homecinemacenter.
