Floola is van een update naar versie 2.9.5 voorzien. Met dit gratis programma kunnen iPods en mobiele telefoons van Motorola met iTunes-ondersteuning worden beheerd. Het programma is beschikbaar voor Windows, OS X en Linux en heeft ondersteuning voor alle functionaliteit uit iTunes, waaronder album art, podcasts en smart playlists. Ook handig is dat Floola niet hoeft te worden geïnstalleerd om zijn werk te kunnen doen. Het changelog van deze release laat de volgende veranderingen zien:

, en iedere keer liep het programma na een paar keer gebruiken vast, en was ofwel mijn artwork database kapot, ofwel was alle muziek niet meer af te spelen op de iPod (nano 3 8GB). Daarna was alleen met iTunes een en ander weer opnieuw over te zetten. Jammer, want het is een fijn programma in het gebruik. Ondanks de artwork mixup fix! die er wederom bijstaat, durf ik het voorlopig even niet meer. Iemand anders gelijke ervaringen met de linuxversie?
