OnyX is een programma om het besturingssysteem Mac OS X te onderhouden, te optimaliseren en te personaliseren. Het kan daarnaast ook een aantal verborgen instellingen aanpassen van Finder, Dock en Safari en verschillende logbestanden bekijken. De ontwikkelaars van Titanium Software hebben versie 1.7.3 naar buiten gebracht die minimaal Mac OS X 10.4 of recenter nodig heeft. De volgende veranderingen zijn aangebracht:
