Bart Meijer van Snide Soft heeft SnIco Edit voorzien van een update naar versie 2.2.6. SnIco Edit is een uitgebreid programma waarmee statische of geanimeerde icons en muiscursors kunnen worden gecreëerd en bewerkt. De software kan worden gedownload als exe-bestand of in zip-formaat. SnIco Edit kan gratis thuis worden gebruikt, maar van commerciële instellingen wordt wel een vergoeding verlangd. Het changelog van deze release laat de volgende veranderingen zien:
