OnyX is een programma om het besturingssysteem Mac OS X te onderhouden, te optimaliseren en te personaliseren. Het kan daarnaast ook een aantal verborgen instellingen aanpassen van Finder, Dock en Safari en verschillende log-bestanden bekijken. De ontwikkelaars van Titanium Software hebben versie 1.6.5 naar buiten gebracht die minimaal Mac OS X 10.4.2 of recenter nodig heeft. De volgende veranderingen zijn aangebracht:

- Prevent .DS_Store file creation over network.
