[Megekko- Faulty product and Unprofessionalism.NEVER THINK OF MEGEKKO]
I purchased a Laptop from Megekko and I received a Faulty laptop.
So I returned my laptop very safely within the 30 days period and requested to credit my account with the purchase price.
However, after several days, I received the response that
a) Megekko acknowledged that the laptop was faultyb) However, I did not return the very same packaging items which were sent along with the Laptop. So the product is not complete. So it can only be replaced with the new laptop and Megekko will not credit my account.
I was shocked. I am puzzled, how I am expected to keep all the precise packaging items at my house. I also sent the laptop in much safer condition with the help of the much softer materials (including the soft toys of my son). I referred to the terms and conditions for returning the product and It is very clear that Megekko is violating the terms and conditions of its own.

I explained with all the evidence and requested to credit my purchase price. However It was like speaking to a wall to my surprise. Given such resistance, I requested at least to replace my laptop with the new one which I am still waiting for. It has already been several days, I also did not receive the new laptop from Megekko. This basically affects my work in each possible way.
Given the circumstances, There are no contact numbers at Megekko site. I am puzzled because Megekko acknowledged that the product they sold was faulty. Then still Megekko argues to send me another product without crediting my account. I am also afraid Megekko resells the fauly product with the packaging.
Still awaiting the response.
