I ordered a GPU with delivery time of 3 days. 6-7 days later I called them to see why it's not sent. They tell me it's because of supplier problems and I get the option to wait or switch to another product. The call costs 1 euro. I wait. On the 10th day it should have been shipped according to the call. Instead I get an email that it will be delayed indefinitely. I call again and pay another euro. They tell me they will call the supplier and let me know. The same evening they still haven't let me know. I paid about 300 euro for a 3 day delivery of the product,instead I waited 10 days with no result and no information about when it might be delivered. Totally unacceptable.
