I finally managed to get the Pentium III 500 up and running and here are some of the first benchmarks that I have managed to pull from the processor. On top of processor tests, I also plan on checking the D3D performance of 3D processor using DirectX 6.1 (which has KNI support), Quake 2 and Half-Life performance and overclocking performance. I am starting to figure out how much work this is going to be, and I am not sure if I will get it done today. It may take until tomorrow, since my wife is talking the take me out or sleep on the couch talk again. Personally I would prefer the sleeping on the couch, but then I have to wake up with the baby in the morning :) Once again thanks to Alienware PC for hooking me up with this processor.
