Saint Steve en zijn onderdanen bij Apple zijn een klopjacht begonnen tegen de WinAqua skin voor Windowblinds, waarmee Windows omgetoverd kan worden tot een redelijk gelijkende kopie van de nieuwe MacOS X Aqua interface. Skinz.org lijkt vooralsnog geen behoefte te voelen om de WinAqua skin van de site te halen:
The company by all means has every right to protect their copyrights and trademarks on their properties, but they have no grounds to hold the rights on a "look & feel". Imagine if some clothing manufacture defended the production of blue sweaters this way. Could and should the world be allowed to only buy blue colored sweaters from ONLY one company? No.So in defense of the skinning community, we are proud to present this skin and will not fault to the bulling acts of this company who can't seem to turn a profit any other way than legally pursuing enthusiastic artists who have used their operating system and probably still do and would like to have that same "look" on other computers they have to use for work.
