All the GeForce cards we looked at are pretty much the same. Shop around for the best price and take your pick. You can't go wrong with any of them, and none of them really stand out that much from the pack. That said, we award Editors' Choice to Creative's 3D Blaster Annihilator. You don't get TV-out, but you do get a nice set of display utilities reminiscent of Diamond's InControl Tools. The card also has a relatively low price tag.
If you think you might use TV-out, the Guillemot 3D Prophet is a good choice, but the TV-out implementation is only fair. If that's a really important feature for you, you're better off getting a card such as ATI's Rage Fury Pro, which has outstanding TV-out capabilities, not to mention video-in as well. But, of course, you'll have to sacrifice some 3D performance in the bargain.
Leadtek's WinFast GeForce 256 is the only card we looked at that offered digital flat-panel output; if that is important to you, we'd recommend this card.
