Lack of fast Coppermine chips from Intel is causing even big players in the PC industry to drastically adjust their schedules, costing them time, money and face.Reliable reports say that Intel will not now be able to ship its 700MHz Pentium III part until January 2000 at the earliest, while there are also availability problems with a number of other components, as previously reported.
