Stereovision.net heeft een koele artikeltje gepost waarin ze beschrijven hoe je de Elsa 3D Revelator aan de praat krijgt op een TNT kaart van andere merken dan Elsa. De oplossing is in feite errug simpel:
Rule: The chipset your video accelerator sports is the key. If Elsa offers 1) a board with the same chipset and 2) offers Revelator-compatible drivers for that board, then you may be lucky. How: Flash the BIOS of your board - use the utility that came with your board but (and that's the important point) don't use the BIOS you got: Instead, use a accordingly renamed Elsa BIOS appropriate for that particular chipset. That done, your board will be recognized as an Elsa board, you'll be able to install the Elsa- and Revelator-drivers. We can not guarantee that this works in all cases - but it did in all we heard about. Before you close that window now, read on, you may be happy you did - there are a few serious points to consider.
