Creative's reactie op 3dfx rechtszaak

GA-Source heeft John Danforth (een of andere hoge pipo bij Creative) gevraagd om een reactie betreffende de rechtszaak die 3dfx tegen Creative Labs heeft aangespannen. Vooralsnog lijkt Creative vastberaden:

Please tell us how Creative Labs feels about this lawsuit, and does 3dfx even have a case here?

It is baseless and they have no case. John added and explained, that the wrapper's code is completly different than 3dfx's and their is no copyright infringement issues involved.

Totaal anders??? Yeah right!!!

Creative mag best een Glide wrapper maken hoor, daar kan 3Dfx weinig tegen doen, tenzij ze bij Creative de Glide SDK gebruikt hebben maar ik neem aan dat ze wel zo slim zijn geweest om dat niet te doen.
