Matrox had a nice little demonstration of the G400’s dual head capabilities. In case you’re not familiar with dual head, Matrox had incorporated two monitor outputs on their upcoming G400 cards. This means you can use two regular CRT monitors at once so you’ll have double the windows desktop area. Each monitor can display at a different resolution and use different refresh rates. You can also use the second monitor to zoom in on a particular area of the first one. Still not impressed? Try hooking up a TV to play games on, or use the TV to play your DVD movies while you work in Windows on your primary display. You can also use two analog LCD displays or 1 digital LCD display and something else, using the two outputs. It's a slick feature, and arguably the G400's greatest advantage over its competitors.
