Andy van BXBoards heeft op de frontpage een berg info gestort over de invloed van socket370 riser cards op de overklokbaarheid van je Celeron:
It appears that some form of signal degradation is going on. It is worth noting that all the CPU's will run just fine at 464Mhz using 2.0v on any of the Slot1 boards. When higher bus speeds are used, stability goes through the floor. The combination of 112Mhz bus speed, and 370->Slot1 adapters definately seems to decrease stability. I can run benchmarks on the Elitegroup P6BXT-A+ and Abit ZM6 @ 504Mhz until the cows come home, but move the same CPU's onto an adapter board and instability results. I'll be looking at this further - in the meantime I'd be interested in getting your own feedback on this issue. Send me your results to me. I particularly interested in any results running on the Elitegroup P6BXT-A+ as this board, with its dual interface offers unique testing possibilities.
Goeie info -> check BXB. In een nieuwe update maakt Andy tevens melding van een nieuwe revisie Asus slotkets met dual jumper. dual-jumper
