AnandTech meldt dat VIA een nieuwe support site heeft opgezet, genaamd VIA Arena. De site is er vooral op gericht om de connecties tussen VIA en de gebruikers te vergroten. Naast de standaard product informatie, technische support en driver downloads zijn er ook een aantal discussie-fora aangemaakt. Daarnaast zal de site ook worden gebruikt om het laatste nieuws over producten van VIA en partners te publiceren:
"The number of products featuring VIA Apollo chipsets, VIA C3Ô processors, and our communications and networking chips has grown exponentially over the last few years," commented Richard Brown, Director of Marketing, VIA Technologies, Inc. "The objective of the new VIA Arena portal website is to improve the level of support we provide users of our products by delivering fast and easy access to our product knowledge database and the latest drivers.
