InnoVISION is a new and small graphics company coming from HongKong. They first appeared in the market earlier this year with a GeForce SDR video card. InnoVISION's next project after the GeForce SDR was the Savage 2000 chipset. Until InnoVISION's involvement in the Savage 2000, there had currently only been one flavor of the Savage 2000, the Diamond Viper II. The Viper II became one of the most controversial video cards to ever hit the market. The release of the Viper II left many promises unfulfilled which left a bitter taste in many hardware fans mouths.[break]De kaart zal geleverd worden in maar liefst 8 versies waarbij PCI niet vergeten is:[/break]Inno3D Savage2000 32MB AGP

Inno3D Savage2000 32MB PCI with TVout
Inno3D Savage2000 64MB PCI
I was very disappointed to not even see a little increase with the extra 32mb of memory. I tested both cards in Quake 3 at 1280x1024 with all textures turned up and still received the same score with the InnoVISION and the Viper II. Future software could tap into the extra 32mb more, but currently the memory bandwidth is not there to make any difference in today's software. It would have been nice to see InnoVISION do a Savage 2000 DDR based video card. The SDR memory simply does not have the memory bandwidth to make a huge impact on performance.
The InnoVISION Savage 2000 I had did turn out to be a very good overclocker. The 20% stable over clock resulted in some very nice performance gains.
