Water cooling guide

Cole3D heeft een guide inelkaar geknutseld waarin wordt uitgelegd waaraan je allemaal moet denken als zelf wat water door je systeem wil laten stromen .

As over clocking is a common practice those days, we need more and more cooling power. It is a good idea to increase the airflow but sometimes it gets noisy. Especially in my system, running 24/7 on windows 2000, which was equipped with no less than 8 fans.

Om hier maar even mee aan te geven dat ik het vreselijk link vind.

Doordat de meeste watercooling projecten zelf bouw zijn (respect alom voor iedereen die het probeert), moet je heel goed kunnen knutselen.

En wat ik ook niet echt begrijp, is dat als de cooling te heet wordt dat de soldering niet smelt,
( DUH, denk ik opeens, DAT WORD OOK GEKOELD !!) O,ja gaap ik kruip weer in dat gat waar ik vandaan kwam........

Hehee, kewl zo'n koelinkje

Maar ik heb dus een promise 66 kaartje -> VHEUL IDE-kabels en er kunnen dus echt geen water-slangen meer bij! Daarbij komt het feit dat ik op een schip woon, met weinig ruimte, dus zo'n mooie snake als op die page staat zit er voor mij ook niet in helaas! Maar wel kewl!

Ik heb gisteren al besloten dat ik het ga proberen. ik heb alleen 5 flatcables door m'n PC lopen, dat wordt krap Ik ga wel proberen of ik het allemaal netjes in de kast zelf kan krijgen, heb niet voor niets een Bigtower. Natuurlijk wel met peltier, want anders schiet het niet op.

wel lekker stil zo'n koeling, maar ga je je straaljagers niet missen? De stille soepele auto's van tegenwoordig missen toch ook "karakter" en een mooi geluid?
