Software-update: SlimBrowser 3.96.002

SlimBrowser is een browser gebaseerd op engine van IE, maar biedt extra functionailiteit zoals een popup-blocker, tabbed browsing en een ActiveX-filter. Met de laatse feature is in de laatste releases mogelijk om sites met dubieuze ActiveX-componenten te blokkeren, zodat je geen ongewenste programma's (bijvoorbeeld spyware) op je pc krijgt. • Add menu item "Tools->ActiveX Filter->Auto-detect ActiveX controls". Use it to detect annoying activex controls automatically and submit the extracted information to us!

• Add print preview button on the standard toolbar. (Need customizating the toolbar to show the button. It's invisible by default).
• IntelliComplete now can work inside SlimBrowser as a FREE plugin to provide smart autocompletion service. You can download it from the plugin page.
• Add ActiveX Filter (accessible from menu Tools->ActiveX Filter ). This feature will block annoying dialogs prompting you to install ActiveX control when you view some obtrusive web pages. However, only a few activex controls have been blocked right now. If you see an unlocked activex control prompt dialog, report the URL to us so that we can block it in the next version.

• Bug fix: can't connect to any site in a second browser window (File->New Browser)
• Important Bug fix: Unhandled exception error when you close SlimBrowser.

• Make Universal URL Filter also accessbile from "Tools->Options->URL Filter".
• Add a more complete predefined URL filter black list to block most advertising servers.
• Add option to make blocked image entirely invisible, i.e., the little square with a red cross won't be shown at all. This option is located at "Tools->Options->URL Filter"
• Add menu item "Language->Restore to English UI" with CTRL+ALT+E as shortcut key. If you get into an unreadable language UI by accident, press this shortcut to revert to English UI.

• Add Universal URL Filter (UUF). (menu Tools->Universal URL Filter )
  UUF can block any components inside any web page by specifying black list and white list URL patterns. UUF is different from the existing site filter feature. UUF is very handy in blocking ad banners and flash animations inside web pages. Learn more...
