Ryan Vandermeulen heeft niet alleen een nieuwe versie van de Post-sp2 Update Pack uitgebracht, maar ook de Post-sp3 Update Pack is voorzien van een update. Het enige verschil van deze Update Pack ten opzichte van de eerder genoemde, is dat minimaal Service Pack 3 nodig is. Voor de rest is de werking eigenlijk hetzelfde. De update kan met nLite of RVM Integrator in een installatie-cd worden geïntegreerd, het zogenaamde slipstreamen. De download is nog geen 25MB groot en kan net als RVM Integrator en enkele update packs onderaan deze pagina worden gevonden. Downloaden via bittorrent is overigens ook mogelijk.
