ATi heeft naast Catalyst 5.4 ook nieuwe Linux-drivers beschikbaar gesteld voor de Radeon-videokaarten uit de 8500- en 9x00-series. Het gaat om versie 8.12.10 die alleen beschikbaar is voor XFree86 4.x en X.Org 6.8. Downloadlinks zijn onderaan deze meukpost te vinden. - The ATI FireGL™ V5000 now uses the DDC information correctly and no longer mis-identifies Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) as Transition Minimized Differential Signaling (TMDS)
