Voor de iRiver iHP-100 multimedia jukebox is zojuist een nieuwe firmware verschenen. Als belangrijkste nieuwe feature vinden we de toegevoegde Ogg Vorbis ondersteuning. In versie 1.16 ziet de lijst met wijzigingen er als volgt uit:

- Backlight is set to "ADAPTER Always ON(60)" while running the player through batteries, the backlight did not automatically turned on when the adapter was connected.
- The next song would play without the sound after searching within the song through (FF/RW).
- Fixed the bug of infinite searching period when the Auto Scan is selected on a poor reception place.
- When the player is reset, it is corrected to play the next song when the player is turned back on.
