Martin Kleinman heeft een update van jSunnyreports versie 2.0 uitgebracht. Dit gratis, in Java geschreven programma kan de data die zonnepaneelomvormers opslaan in logbestanden gebruiken om een website te genereren waarop in overzichtelijke grafieken het verbruik en rendement worden weergegeven. Het programma heeft ondersteuning voor 22 omvormers van diverse fabrikanten. In versie 2.0 is onder meer de gebruikersinterface helemaal op de schop gegaan en is alles interactief geworden. Deze update brengt verder de volgende verbeteringen:

- A lot of minor issues have been fixed, including a few code enhancements.
For people who are using 2.0.0.2 it is easy to upgrade:Then run jSunnyreports once, it should copy (and FTP ) all new template files to your site.
- Overwrite jsunnyreports.jar
- Overwrite everything in the /lang directory ( new language items have been added )
- Overwrite everything in de /template directory
