De programmeurs van Invision Power Services hebben ons weer verwend met een update van hun software. Versie 1.1.1 van Invision Power Board staat klaar voor gebruik. De release notes laten ons het volgende weten:
What's new in this release?
This release is the first maintenance release for Invision Power Board v1.1. This fixes most of the reported bugs filed since the last release and fixes compatibility issues with the newly released PHP 4.3.0.
Do I need to upgrade?
It is strongly recommended that you do upgrade - even if you have not noticed any problems with the board. This release also includes the security code routine added to the lost password request form. This will reduce the possibility of a script being used to slow your server down via DoS (denial of service) attacks.
Upgrade instructions are included in the download distribution.
Does this include IP Chat still?
All releases since v1.1a will include the IP Chat integration components. Please note that IP Chat is not included with Invision Power Board. Visit Invision Power Chat for more information.
