Het is een tijdje stil geweest rondom de opensource-ftp-client FileZilla, maar verleden week is er plotseling een nieuwe ontwikkelversie verschenen. FileZilla is klein, simpel en toch compleet. Het programma is populair vanwege de geringe belasting van de systeembronnen. FileZilla is beschikbaar voor Windows, Linux en Mac OS X, en kan vanaf deze pagina in verschillende uitvoeringen worden gedownload. Het changelog voor versie 3.6.0 laat de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen zien:
