Tyan heeft voor zijn moederborden van het type S7025 een nieuw bètabios uitgebracht met 1.07d als het versienummer. Het moederbord is gebaseerd rond twee Intel 5520-chipsets en biedt plaats aan twee Intel Xeon 5500/5600-series-cpu's met een Socket-B-voetje. De lijst met veranderingen ziet er als volgt uit:
