Miranda IM is een opensource-instantmessagingprogramma voor Windows en kan standaard de netwerken van ICQ, IRC, MSN, AIM, Jabber en Yahoo gebruiken. De functionaliteit en het uiterlijk van het programma zijn met een berg add-ons en plugins geheel naar eigen wens aan te passen.
