Canon heeft voor zijn EOS 5D Mark II digitale spiegelreflexcamera's nieuwe firmware uitgebracht met 1.2.4 als het versienummer. Deze camera's hebben een 21 megapixel full-frame cmos-sensor en een Digic 4 beeldprocessor aan boord. Natuurlijk kunnen zij voorzien worden van wisselbare lenzen om de gewenste foto's te schieten.
