Subversion is een programma voor onder andere software- en projectontwikkelaars waarmee beheer en versiecontrole over data en broncode kan worden uitgevoerd. Het programma kan worden gezien als een directe concurrent voor het welbekende cvs. Het pakket VisualSVN Server biedt een complete omgeving waarmee je Subversion-server kan installeren en onderhouden onder een Windows besturingssysteem. De ontwikkelaars van hebben enkele dagen geleden versie 2.0.8 uitgebracht waarmee Subversion 1.6.6 wordt toegevoegd en verschillende bugs worden geplet. - Updated to Subversion 1.6.6. For further details please see here
- NetworkService account receives explicit access permission to the installation folder (as a workaround for the situations when it does not have such permissions implicitly)
- Fixed: WMI provider may be not reloaded after the server upgrade.
- Fixed: VisualSVN Server may crash if Windows permissions settings file contains invalid data.

VisualSVN Server Standard Edition is the free version of our powerful software. Building on previous successes, the Standard Edition includes all of the functionality of VisualSVN Server 1.7.3 but with added security features and a host of enhancements. VisualSVN Server Standard Edition will continue to be developed and maintained for users, in tandem with Enterprise Edition.
