Software-update: Gammu+ 0.31.00

Het programma Gammu+ is instaat om allerlei zaken op mobiele telefoons te beheren en wordt door de zelfde ontwikkelaar ontwikkelt als Gammu. Het verschil tussen de twee programma's is voornamelijk de gebruikte ontwikkeltaal C++ tegenover C. Voor meer informatie verwijzen we jullie door naar deze pagina en op deze pagina zijn een aantal screenshots met de bijbehorende omschrijving te vinden. De ontwikkelaar, Marcin Wiącek, heeft een nieuwe versie uitgebracht met 0.31.00 als het versienummer. De lijst met aanpassingen ziet er als volgt uit:

Version 0.31.00:

• added getting multiple files/folders (doesn't check, if files are overwritten on HDD)
• added sending Nokia Picture Images, supported nlm files for now

Version 0.30.00:

• support for new SMS formats:
  • WAP push (encoding)
  • phonebook entries, calendar notes, todo (almost full encoding)

Version 0.29.00:

• new SMS functionality:
  • added full support for replacing SMS in recipient phone (TPPID) and SMSC (RejectDuplicates and TPMR)
  • added sending SMS with Email, Fax, Voice indicators
  • added sending SMS with WAP bookmark
• started work on AT module (currently it can get IMEI and is very primitive)
• added new models

Version 0.28.00:

• detecting Java folders for phones with filesystem 1 is done much better than in (source moved from) Gammu
• encoding/decoding SMS and MMS shared in GSM_SMSMMSDecodedEntry (you can send linked SMS from GUI now)
• GUI remember last used config set
• fixes with SMS encoding in specific situations
• all options in SMS editor in GUI work correctly now

Gammu met userinterface is ook handig, te vinden onder de naam wammu

Do you want to stop Gammu after starting Gammu+ ?

No. We decided to support both - projects written using C++ have some advantages and projects written in C have others. It's not possible to have them all and that's why Gammu is better for some tasks and Gammu+ for others, and it makes sense to work on both.
