Mike Singer van Singer's Creations heeft Weather Watcher voorzien van een update naar versie 5.6.19. Dit programma laat vanuit de systemtray weten wat de weersverwachtingen van een groot aantal steden op de wereld is. Zo worden onder andere de temperatuur, luchtvochtigheid en luchtdruk getoond. Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om de stand van de maan en diverse weer- en satellietkaarten te bekijken. In deze uitgave zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen doorgevoerd:

- New values ("LocationFontBold", "DescFontBold", "FontBold") in skinned tooltip SKIN.INI file. You can now choose which text is bolded.
- "MinWidth" and "MinHeight" values to skin interface SKIN.INI file to prevent the interface from opening and/or being resized to too small of a width/height.

- Daylight Remaining time was not displaying the correct value when daylight remaining value was between 0-60.
- Splendid forecast skin's JavaScript to properly handle apostrophes.
- Bug that prevented Weather Watcher Options window from being opened at times.
- Main Weather Watcher window was not loading in the proper position when using dual monitors.
- Moon phases were not displaying the correct captions on the "MOON" tab of the Splendid forecast skin.
- Bug that was causing the tooltip to only display the conditions icon after retrieving the weather for a city that has a severe weather alert.

- Can now right-click nearly anywhere on the main Weather Watcher window to access the Weather Watcher menu.
- Included a more speedy DL.EXE data downloader.
