Met Kiwi CatTools kan je eenvoudig een backup maken van de configuratie van verschillende firewalls, routers en switches in het netwerk. Het ondersteunt onder andere apparaten van Cisco, 3Com, Extreme, Foundry, HP en Netscreen. Daarnaast kan het verschillende testen uitvoeren waarmee de beschikbaarheid van de verschillende apparaten gemeten kan worden. Ook kan het eenvoudige wijzigingen doorvoeren op alle aangesloten apparaten, ideaal om bijvoorbeeld het beheerderswachtwoord van deze apparaten in één keer te veranderen. De ontwikkelaars van Kiwi Enterprises hebben Kiwi CatTools 3.2.2 uitgebracht voorzien van de volgende lijst met veranderingen:
