Veel websites hebben een forum waar de gebruikers met elkaar verschillende discussies aan kunnen gaan. Om dit in een overzichtelijke vorm te doen is een handig stukje software nodig zodat je verschillende rechten kan toekennen waarmee het forum beheerd kan worden. XennoBB is één van deze forumpakketten en doet zijn werk op een webserver met PHP 4.3 of recenter en MySQL, PostgreSQL of SQLite. De ontwikkelaars hebben versie 2.1.0 uitgebracht en voorzien van de volgende veranderingen:
We've released XennoBB 2.1. You might notice that not all feature requests you made were implemented, since I wanten 2.1 to be a more stable version than feature-full. Besides. the main new feature of this version is the new hooking system, which will allow you to add actions to the "Actions" menu and many more.
Some of the new features:You cannot automatically upgrade from 2.1 beta to 2.1 final, you need to do a manual upgrade. If you want to do so, please contact me.
