AnyDVD draait op de achtergrond van Windows en zorgt ervoor dat dvd-films automatisch worden gedecodeerd. Alle programma's op de computer en het besturingsysteem zelf zien de dvd vervolgens als regiovrij en onbeveiligd. De ontwikkelaars bij SlySoft hebben weer een update uitgebracht met ditmaal 5.9.5.6 als het versienummer. De volgende veranderingen zijn aangebracht:
